Each kit has 4 long boxes for the structure + 1 smaller box for the fabric. Chuppah boxes are similar.
The long boxes are custom made and require special handling by UPS due to the length.

PayPal will securely handle your account information. Sukkah Soul will not have a record of your credit card number.

Refund Policy

You can return your unused sukkah or chuppah for a refund of the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs and Paypal transaction fees) within a month after receiving the item.

Order Confirmation / Shipping Time

You will receive an email within a day or two acknowledging your order.

August sukkah sales will be shipped within about 1-4 weeks of ordering.

Sales three weeks before Sukkot will usually be shipped within 1-10 days of ordering.

Delivery by UPS Ground takes between 2-4 days, depending on its destination.

Size of Packages / Delivery Information

Your sukkah or chuppah will be delivered in 4 packages, each
8’-5” long and about 6” wide x 5” high. Each package weighs about 23 lbs.
Sukkah or chuppah fabric will be delivered in its own lightweight box.
Deliveries outside the St. Louis metropolitan area will be delivered by UPS Ground.
Local deliveries in the St. Louis area will be delivered by a local delivery service.
